The Clay Soper Memorial Fund is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, most donors will receive a deduction, for federal income tax purposes, equal to the amount of their donation.  We graciously accept matching gifts from many employers who sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions.

If They Had Known" is owned by the
Clay Soper Memorial Fund  (CSMF).

We established the Clay Soper Memorial Fund (CSMF) because we wanted to make a difference in Clay’s memory. His tragic death was something that we felt needed to be talked about and understood.

The CSMF has three initiatives;
1) IF THEY HAD KNOWN —
A documentary that will educate youth about Clay’s death and  the risks associated with current party culture;
2) CLAY CONNECTIONS — (click here for more info)
A program which connects inner inner city and suburban middle school students to help create an awareness and promote Clay's passion of connecting and appreciating people from different cultures and backgrounds; and
3) CLAY SOPER MEMORIAL WEEKED CHAMPIONSHIP —
The Clay Soper Memorial Weekend Championship is an annual  alpine ski race held at Clay's home mountain, Waterville Valley, NH. It is a two day, USSA sanctioned event which celebrates the New England "weekend racer’s" commitment to ski racing and awards their personal growth within the sport. (click here for highlights)
